The Taste Trekkers Food & Travel Expo returns to Providence, Rhode Island on October 3rd through the 5th. This is the event for foodies who travel. Come discover new cuisines and new destinations!

If you are a professional in food, travel, or tourism, you are invited to join us at Johnson & Wales University on Friday, October 3rd. We'll hear ten-minute talks from a broad range of food and travel topics. After that, Gail Ciampa, Food Editor of The Providence Journal, will host a panel discussion on food tourism. Then we'll adjourn to The Dorrance for a cocktail reception where you can network with other professionals.

Everybody's invited to the main event on Saturday, October 4th at the Providence Biltmore. We'll hear a series of short talks on cuisines from different regions. Then we'll break into groups for the Edible Sessions. You'll sample different dishes as you learn about them in depth from culinary experts.
Finally, join us at the Tasting Pavilion in the Grand Ballroom overlooking the city. Wander and mingle as you sample food and drink from dozens of restaurants and food producers. It's guaranteed to inspire your next culinary vacation.
