From a very young age the Curi brothers have cultivated a life long passion in the hospitality business, following the foot steps of their father, and then learning and training in prestigious restaurants in Rhode Island. Los Andes serves authentic Bolivian and Peruvian cuisine with Mediterranean ingredients and flavors. Cesin's role is creating the restaurant’s culinary experience, Omar's role is making sure their regulars and new diners experience the south american cultural atmosphere.
